Zhiwei Technology's first product, the 800V Active Stabilizer Bar, made its debut in Hall A3 at the 2026 Beijing Auto Show.
Zhiwei Technology's 800V Active Stabilizer Bar is a commercialization result of Dr. Wang Yang's postdoctoral research at the National Engineering Research Center for Electric Vehicles of Beijing Institute of Technology from April 2022 to April 2024. The research project, "Multi-Factor Coupled Dynamic Characterization and Active Preview Control Methods for Electric Active Stabilizer Bars," received General Program funding in the 72nd batch of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and Dr. Wang completed his postdoctoral work with an "Excellent" rating.
Nearly 20 mass-production vehicle models worldwide are currently equipped with 48V Active Stabilizer Bars. The product architecture is stable, the system control software is mature, customer perception is strong, and the supply-chain foundation is well established.
The 800V Active Stabilizer Bar is better suited to the electrical architecture of new energy vehicles. Zhiwei Technology's 800V Active Stabilizer Bar uses a constant-diameter outer-tube and cylinder design, delivers an output torque of 1,700 Nm (a 21% increase), and has a response time of 70 ms (a 50% improvement). Excluding the swing arm, the assembly measures Φ95 × 300 mm. The motor has a peak power of 1,884 W, and the total transmission ratio is 142.
